Overview

We are committed to complying with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution where required under Australian Consumer Law.


No Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

This includes situations where:

  • you no longer want the item
  • you ordered the wrong product
  • you changed your preference
  • you found the item cheaper elsewhere

Please carefully review product descriptions and your order details before completing your purchase.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product:

  • is faulty or defective
  • arrives damaged
  • is significantly different from the description
  • is not fit for its intended purpose

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.


Return Shipping

If a return is required due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, we may cover reasonable return shipping costs where required under Australian Consumer Law.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for return parcels lost in transit.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
